Terminix Triad, one of the nation’s largest Terminix franchises, has purchased Greensboro-based Four Seasons , the announced.

Four Seasons had been in since 2002, and Terminix Triad Director of Operations Burns Blackwell said the purchase could increase his ’s capabilities locally.

“The decision to purchase Four Seasons was a strategic one for our ,” he said. “This helps us strengthen our position as one of the area’s leading pest management companies as it allows us to simultaneously grow our customer base and in the Triad.”

Blackwell said Terminix will maintain the service of contracts for all Four Seasons . Employees at Four Seasons have been offered employment with Terminix, which has about 200 workers locally.
