This is an introduction to this blog. This blog is dedicated to describing the very poor customer service provided by Brinks Home Security. The Brinks Home Security Company provides bad customer service to clients in the areas of installation, maintenance, customer support, communications and many other areas. This blog will describe in details some of these bad experiences with Brinks Home Security and their customer service agents and the lack of responsivness and interest shown by Brinks in assisting their customers to resolve issues.
