This is perhaps the worst department of all.

I paid for my system and contract several months (18) in advance. But still, the Company decided for some reasons to disconnect my service. I called and called and called to reason with them on this topic, but they could not get it straighted out. I was just constantly transferred to various departments and no one was able to understand or get to the bottom of why my Brinks Home Security Service was discontinued. And, my Brinks Home Security Service representative wanted to charge me a RECONNECTION FEE.

Finally, after house on the phone with Brinks Home Security, I was able to get the service restored but, of course, Brinks Home Security Service did not so much as apologize for all of these problems.
