Late-night work hours will soon be listed as a of cancer. The International Agency for Research on Cancer, which is part of the World Organization, plans to add overnight shift work to the list of probable carcinogens. Scientists suspect that overnight work disrupts your body’s circadian rhythm, which is your biological clock. The hormone melatonin, which suppresses tumor , is normally produced by your body while you sleep at night. Nearly 20 percent of the working population in developed countries work night shifts.
