For the past six years Time Consultancy has been completing working at height hazard assessments and auditing within its impressive list of property owners and their appointed managing agents. The information thus gathered has enabled Time Consultancy to identify a number of industry-related problems: these include general procedural shortfalls, a lack of specification and insufficient resources.
It has become all too clear that there is a significant discrepancy between what the property owner and industry thinks is happening, and what is happening in reality, particularly with regard to the demands of recent legislation.
The Time Consultancy presentation - Working at Height 2010 - will identify and explore these implications. Of the 100 available places, 75 have already been allocated via personal invitations.
The presentation will conclude with the
Safety in Access Contractor Scheme awards for 2006-2007.
