Cannon saves the day in Quedgeley
posted by admin in home cleaning serviceAs torrential rain and flash floods devastated the UK, the village of Quedgeley in Gloucestershire was just one of the many places that were trying to cope with the disruption, and Cannon Hygiene were on hand to help.
The UKs leading hygiene and environmental specialists took a call from a business in the Gloucestershire village requesting help, as they were experiencing problems with the toilets and sewerage systems.
Cannon were drafted in to help the business put something in place so that staff and customers could dispose of toilet tissue properly and hygienically as they were unable to flush it away.
Cannon installed their specially designed waste containers lined with germicide to kill bacteria, on to the business premises.
Realising that other businesses in the neighbouring area could be experiencing similar problems, Cannon staff set about contacting them to offer help, free of charge.
Pat Gillingham, Cannon Sales Director said, The effects that the recent flooding has had on the UK is devastating and after taking an original call for help, we realised that we had the ability to help these businesses.
We were happy to oblige and glad that we could do our bit to help.
After the crisis, Cannon will collect the bins and ensure the waste is dealt with efficiently, meeting with all legal obligations.
